And I'm back. For a bit anyways. Now working hard to trim those bushes in to submission and anything else relating to the yard. (I cut the electrical cord today by mistake) (momentary distracted though) 🙀
Anyways perfect for this time of year, oh wait not summer yet, but almost.  Now out. Actually I made this months ago but now issued. Its an Extra version of the image not the usual vector image although I already issued those, again months ago. Enhanced in PhotoShop because you can't have those FX in a vector. 

Coming very soon some new characterized sign men that took me a bit longer then anticipated. But worth the effort I think.

Some updated links and commission?

Updated some links in my clips section of Traditional Animation. Also coming soon, some new vector graphics based on my backyard tomatoes.
Also I might have gotten a possible commission to do a portrait painting of a little girl in a ballet pose.

Neon lights Pub Tap Sign1 bluescreen

Well these were completed awhile ago and issued sometime before the Easter holidays but there have been some really irritating things I have to deal with. Twitter for one thing. Haven't been able to log on cause they decided to lock my account for no good reason. Well probably someone tried to hack in to my account but now they expect me to get a code via cellphone. Nope I don't have a cell nor want one currently. You figure they would provide you with an alternative for that for those with landlines. But nope. Very discriminatory and very lazy. Surly those greedy little brains of theirs can come up with something ingenious for those with landlines? Sigh...... 
So if you never see me again on Twitter. There's your reason. Maybe its time to deep fry that bird?

Actual progress

Happy to say I actually got some of my illustration done. Also good news, its almost done.

After all the stuff that happened this year with stuff breaking with my computer being one of them things have finally settled down enough for me to actually get some things completed. Hopefully now I can finally get caught up not to mention get back to some paying jobs soon considering my job provider has been keeping in touch too. Thank goodness. Hears hoping for things to get better.

Expect to see something here soon, just not on my website for a bit. Still have to reconfigure that since the great data move to my new computer.

Trying to stay enthusiastic

Looks like I started yet another personal project. Another Spike the tiger illustration this time for the other part of my site. See previous post about the drawings, completed project and renovated creative part of my site. It sure beats, being bummed out over my current situation. 

Oh yeah got rid of the "labels thing"  Felt it was pretty redundant since you can view current and previous art work at my web site. Going to replace that with something else soon.

New Year Oops Baby

It’s a bit belated as usual as of late. Inspired by the New Year with a touch of precocious. There will be more versions like this in the future. 

Oh yeah, please excuse the diaper slippage. LOL

Upgrades and updates.

Yup its been awhile since I last wrote any thing. Mostly because of busyness and a touch of laziness to write but then you probably know what I‘m like by now. Well-p anyways I finished that book a few months ago that I illustrated for that author. She seemed very pleased with her children‘s book not to mention excited. Unfortunately I don’t have the permission to show off the fruits of my labor here and other places. For now there’s only one place I can show it off its called Elance. Soon as she publishes her book she promised me a few links and I will be sure to share it promptly. In the mean time we will all have to sit tight. For the future she promised me another project this October. I shall see but I’ll stay positive none the less.

In the mean time I continue to get ready for more stuff by taking care of those things I had on my “to do” list. Organizing and cleaning the down stairs studio…..Done! Now I just have to buy a few more supplies like some more paint and paper. Taking care of some clip art……Done! Getting faster and a brand new internet……So Done!

Yup I finally made it to the 21st century. My old line was driving me crazy. I was lucky to even get on let alone use it for work and entertainment purposes. Downside to having a decent and fast internet connection, caps and you have to pay the piper more moola. But it’s a necessary compromise.

Oh and I finally got that package in the mail that took almost about a month. :rollie eyes: First of all the guy whom I got the package did not use the right postal code. I know I told him to use specific postal code and then there was the customs. Yipes! Well anyways all that matters is that I got my package. Finally get to upgrade my Photoshop software. Yeah!

In the mean time and until next time I write please enjoy my latest clip art. A depressing theme in a lighthearted expression. It just to show you that even animals can’t get away with it.

A thought out

Just a small note. Yup the children’s book illustrations are coming along fine. It was a bit dicey at first getting use to the policies at Elance and getting to know the author but now I really think I'm over those bumpy humps of unknowns. Might still have a few along the way but at least every thing else is nicely established, such as the look of the characters and backgrounds est. So far I have finished two different versions of cover art and page one and two. I guess after when all of the craziness is over, I'll get to work on the rest of the book. So far she seems to be really happy with the results. I only hope at the end of the project, she will give me permission to display one or two of the best illustrations on my online ports and to friends. I'm really hoping that this can also be a great stepping stones to other great things too.

Oh yeah I never got a chance to let people know that there are small updates at my web site.

Whats going on.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. I finally finished that project I was working on for months which would have taken only a few weeks. But is not all bad since it was because of actual gigs. Nice! Over all I'm pretty satisfied over how it turned out but as always there's always room for improvements. Because of that, normally I would clear coat it right away but next time I get a chance to deal with it, I'm kind of hoping to put in some finishing touches.

Yeah I know its a it early for some but for someone who hates cold weather and its only the beginning of it, always thinking of the lovely heat and any pictures of the tropics is a real nice distraction till spring and summer are back.
